• Local
    • This refers to clinicians who are in the same geographic area as the patient, reducing travel time and increasing the likelihood of on-time appointments.
    • Specifically, this means the clinician has a Shift that covers when a visit is happening and is also associated with a Territory or Clinic that covers where the visit is happening.
  • Qualified
    • This refers to clinicians who have the necessary skills, training, and licensing to perform the specific services required for the appointment as indicated by Qualifications.
    • Specifically, it means the clinician has all the qualifications required on all the services on all the encounters on a clinician appointment.
  • Eligible
    • This refers to clinicians that are Local and Qualified.
  • Available
    • This refers to clinicians do not have a conflicting visit at the time of the clinician appointment.
    • Specifically, this means an eligible clinician has a shift that covers that time, does not have a conflicting shift block or clinician appointment, and has enough time to drive over if it’s an in-person clinician appointment or respect virtual clinician appointment’s buffer time.
  • Recommended
    • This refers to a subset of the eligible and available clinicians that our system recommends you assign to your visit, based on our predictive algorithm trying to maximize clinician visits per day and minimize clinician mileage.
    • For now, we only return zero or one recommended clinicians, but we may return multiple in the future. If so, the list will be sorted in order, where the most recommended is first.
    • The recommended clinicians are always eligible and available for the visit position in question.
