Services can have two types:
  • In-person services are conducted in-person.
  • Virtual services are conducted over a video conferencing link.
In the context of a given Encounter, services have a service_completion_outcome. In FHIR terms, when creating, editing, or deleting services, services would correspond to an ActivityDefinition. When combined with a service completion status in the context of an encounter, a service would correspond to to a FHIR Procedure, which is an instantiation of an ActivityDefinition.
